Website notice · Updated October 23, 2026What happens when you browse
The current website does not offer accounts, booking forms, payments, uploads or newsletter subscriptions. We have not added analytics, advertising trackers, cookies or browser storage to the site application. Images are served from this site, and text uses system fonts.
The hosting infrastructure may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser details and request logs, to deliver and secure the website. This notice does not represent that hosting is free of technical logging or essential storage. Platform-level processing is subject to the hosting provider’s own practices; see OpenAI’s privacy policy (external).
There are no optional tracking technologies in this version for you to accept or reject. If optional analytics or advertising tools are introduced, this notice and the relevant consent controls must be updated before those tools run.
Share only what is needed
Call, text and email links open your phone, messaging or email application. They do not submit a form to this website. When you choose to send a message, its contents and your contact details are handled by the communication providers and received by the business.
For an initial enquiry, your name, requested service, preferred dates and a way to reply are usually enough. These details allow the team to respond and discuss availability. Do not include payment card details, identity documents or personal health information. Ask the team how to provide dog vaccination records and boarding paperwork before sending attachments.
Before providing information about an emergency contact or another person, make sure you have their permission. A booking enquiry does not authorize unrelated uses of your information.
Separate choices, clear purposes
Contacting the team about care is not a subscription to promotional emails or texts. This site does not collect marketing consent or permission to publish your photos. Any future optional marketing or identifiable photo use needs its own clear choice, separate from arranging dog care.
Before agreeing to further collection, ask what information is needed, why it is needed, who will receive it and any meaningful privacy risks. You can decline optional uses and ask to withdraw consent for future use. Withdrawal may affect a service if the information is necessary to provide it; legal retention requirements may also apply.
You decide when to leave the site
Directions, Facebook and Instagram are ordinary external links rather than embedded maps or social feeds. Those services receive information when you choose to visit them and apply their own privacy and cookie practices. Your email and mobile providers also apply their own practices when you use their services.
Talk to the team about privacy
For access to or correction of information you have provided, consent withdrawal, deletion requests or a privacy concern, contact North Toronto K9 Center and mark your message “Privacy request.” The team may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records. Please do not email identity documents unless a suitable method has been agreed.
This notice describes the website. Before supplying booking or care records, ask the business about its retention periods, safeguards, service providers, processing locations and any disclosures needed for care. Those operational practices are not verified by this website notice.
For information about your rights or unresolved concerns, visit the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (external).
Privacy guidance for Ontario businesses
